Is the file saved as an .xls (2003-compatible) file? If so, save it as an Excel Workbook (i.e. with an .xlsx extension), then close the file, then re-open it.

There is a limit to nesting in Excel 2003 (and earlier versions) - a maximum of seven levels was allowed. I'm surprised that you are using IFERROR, as that was not available until Excel 2007 came along, so you can only use those files within the later versions, even though they are .xls files from the earlier era.
You might be able to split the formula up into smaller functional parts in different helper columns.
