How to Filter out unique value from one column to another

Hello To All

I have got entangled in one situation in which I need your help. I have attached file and the situation inside the file as well. The overview of the situation goes like:

In Column C teams are given I want that all the unique teams should appear in column D without making the repeated teams to appear in there.
Formula should automatically filter out the repetetion and should give us only the result of the participating teams from column C to Column D.
