Hello. I'm using advanced filter and there is this method where you can specify just Revenue that is larger than the average revenue (although, I think you can do this with regular filter as well). Anyways, I followed instructions and it's not working correctly. See cells in N1 and N2. Attached peadpeat.

Ummm, not really. They both deal with advanced filtering though. Two seperate methods.
The palcement of your criteria was not correct to do what you want to do. I have enclosed your workbook with the data already filtered so that you can see the result and how it was set up.
