I am looking to add a custom number format so that if a number is greater than 10% it turns red, otherwise it is black. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this pls?

Easy to do with conditional formatting. Ribbon > Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cell Rules > Greater Than > Enter 0.1 and then press Enter. The cell range you selected will now turn red when it exceeds 10%

Thanks, but was not detailed enough in my explanation. I am looking to set it as a format in a pivot table so that when I move the data around it will maintain the format easily. I know conditional formatting, but it does not work well in this instance. The heading changes color, as do some of the other cells.
Found this page which does it...
