Make list of stable lists in excel
Hello,
I want to make an excel sheet with some companies(the first column) and some other staff(in the other columns).My problem is that in the first column i want to have some companies that each company have the same sublist.
For example, i have a shop and i want to watch every supplier that brings me ice creams.For each supplier i want to have a list that says which one is cream, chocolate or strawberry.
I don't know if i helped with my example.

It looks like a Pivot Table would solve your problem. Could you attach your file to understand better your fields and expected result?

As i know pivot table is the best thing to do if you want to sort vast amounts of data.
I want to make a core sheet so i can insert datas whenever i want.I also want to do that to see when i want(by clicking the one i want) each ice cream supplier and the amount of white dark and pink ice cream.
Imagine that it would be too hard to look 100 suppliers if i built it without a list.
You will have your list, of course, and the Pivot Table will search in the list and provide you with the results that you want. It does not matter if you have few or a large amount of data. Difficult, at least for me, to give more details without the file...

Have a look at the file attached. If you organize your data correctly, a simple Pivot Table should provide you with the result that you are looking for.
