extract certain files from a folder based on a text filename list

Hi, in a previous post, I was helped to extract all .jpgs in a worksheet into a single column of image filenames I need for my project.

Rather than copy/upload my entire image folder (where most images are not needed), does anyone know how to extract only the files based on the filenames in a text file? Is there such a utility? I've looked and looked and can't find.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
