How to Export Workbook with Custom Toolbar (with Macros)

Hi all,

So I've built a cost analysis tool in excel using quite a bit of VBA. Rather than link the macros to buttons within the actual worksheets, I've linked the macros to buttons within a custom tool bar.

Is there any way to export (i.e. send via email) this workbook to a colleague to include the custom tool bar? In other words, upon receiving this workbook, it would be great if the receiver would be able to just open the workbook and be able to access the custom tool-bar (and macros) without having to go into options and authorize.

If someone would be able to help me with this that would be awesome! Thanks in advance!!!

Hi ChrisHook,

Cool idea, but I think that the Macro needs to be created in any other PCs Customised or Quick Access toolbar.

I've created these before but I had to do this myself & on any PC I used.

If there's not too many people, you could set them up with this Personal Macro? Just a thought.
