How to change all external links that contain the text OldDate?

Hi everyone,

I have a code below to allow me to change a link by replacing OldDate with New Date.

This only works for a specific external link. In fact, the file has over 10 external links which all contain the text OldDate. Do you know how to do some loop to allow all external links to change in one go using NewDate to replace the OldDate?
