From the looks of it...
Net Ordinary Income / Gross Operating Inc. = % of Gross Income/net inc.
Ex: 54,608.57 / 74,705.67 = 0.73098294 ... approx: 0.73
Total Operating Expenses / Gross Operating Inc. = % income/expenses
Ex: 20,097.10 / 74,705.67 = 0.26901706 ... approx: 0.27

% of Gross Income/Net Inc = Net Operating Income (54608) / Gross Operating Income (74605)
