Find fewest consecutive cells in range that account for at least x% of sum of range

Hello all,

See attached worksheet. I'm trying to find a way to identify the sub-range within the range of column C (C2:C31) where the sum of the fewest number of consecutive cells is at least 20% of the sum of the entire range of column C (C2:C31). I've all but given up on a solution.

Any ideas?

Ah! The answer is often times simpler than you imagine it to be and usually just requires that you think more laterally! This will work just fine. Thanks so much for the quick reply!
