Creating Dependent Drop Down Menus to Bring Up Data

I am creating a database that will show the pricing for each service interval for the entire Lexus lineup. I want to create a form where anyone can go in and select the Year, Model, Service Interval and it will display the price.

Here is the database I am creating.
This is the type of dependent drop down lists I would like to implement.

I am completely open to changing anything. I'm just not sure how to go about this. Can I do it with data validation, pivot tables? I would like to set it up so that when "2011" is selected, only 2011 models will show up and so forth.

Any help is much appreciated!

This can probably be done using Data Validation with dependent drop-downs.
Would need a copy of your file (xlsx) to check it out.

Here is the excel worksheet I am using right now.

The first sheet is the easy for humans to read page. The fourth sheet titled "Test Formatting" is how I think the database is going to have to be made to make fetching the correct data possible. Please correct me if I am wrong!
