Help with generating calendar based on excel spreadsheet

I used the search function but didn't see anything that fit what I wanted. I have an existing Excel spreadsheet with work that I need to schedule and would like several columns of data from the spreadsheet to populate on a calendar that I can print out for each month. The fields would be fairly short in text with the total being less than 20-25 characters total. Any ideas? Thanks!! Todd

OK, I have added a file with some of the data. The columns in yellow contain the data I would like to appear on the calendar.

I have submitted several calendar files to this forum. If you attach an example of your file, I'll see if I can incorporate a calendar display in there for you.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Note that the Paperclip icon does not work.

Sorry. Don't know what to say. It works fine here. There is nothing in it that should do that.

Thanks for offering to help, this is the error that I get. It may be something on my end with our IT department blocking it... Thanks anyway. I'll keep plugging away.

@Logit, I also tried to download and the file would not immediately open due to having two file extensions applied ( XL_Calendar_1b.xls.xlsx ) I wasn't able to do much about changing it to repost, as it apparently has protected sheets attached.
@tlarick, I was able to save the file to my hard drive and remove one of the extensions so that it would open.

I've saved it as .xlsb format. See if this works for you.
