Does Anybody Know What This Is

Sorry for the title of the subject matter, but I had no idea how to word it.

I am completing a timesheet and have no idea what the following is, or what the technical name is, for that matter.

Could anybody inform me as to what it is exactly please. (The rectangled segment) : -

It is Subtotal
Data/Subtotals...

its grouping of rows. you can find this option Data > Group and Outline > Group > Rows
