Thread: Excel Sudoku Programming

hi, i need some help in creating a similar excel sudoku solver like the one below:

(this is a free excel template from microsoft, download)

can someone teach me how? (the formulas and codes?)
i only wish to do a similar sudoku solver till "game state 1", i do not wish to extend the sudoku solver to game state 2

In the template you posted there is no code - it's all formulae. As it comes the workbook is protected, but just go to Tools > Protection > Unprotect Sheet to open it up and view the forumae.
