I have uninstalled a demo Excel Addon, but it has left behind the call up as in the attached picture. Does anyone know what I have to do to get rid of it?

Before uninstalling, did you go into Excel (Tools -> Add-ins..) and un-check the box for that add-in? I'm guessing the uninstall process didn't do it for you. You may want to check there, and if it is still checked, remove the check to stop it from trying to load.
Thanks Paul - after unchecking it also asked if I wanted to delete the unfound add in. Problem solved
