In Excel 2003 I can go to Data / Import External Data / Import Data
I can easily choose another Excel spreadsheet and select which tab I want to import.
In 2007 I've had limited success selecting Data / From Other Sources / From XML Data Import, but not everything comes through that way.
How Do I Import an Excel file into another Excel file using Excel 2007?
