deleted data how to recover

to all master in excel, pls help, my officemate accidentally delete the data in all worksheet, and save it, how can i recover my data, any command or software to recover it?

Hi xtrmhyper,

I'm assuming you never made a backup copy of this spreadsheet? Only thing I can recommend is using a 3rd party file recovery utility (some free ones out there if you Google). The free ones *typically* don't work as well as those you have to pay for, but I've had some luck in the past.

As with any file recovery attempt, don't keep writing files to your hard drive, and don't reboot. Download the recovery utility on another PC (get one that can run off of a USB stick or **) and run it on yours to see if the OS saved a copy of it in a different memory location prior to the last save.

Beyond that there are data recovery services available, but those can cost you hundreds of dollars (or more) per recovery - and there's no guarantee that would even be successful.
