    Data Extraction from Excel

I need to extract certain bits of data from a spreadsheet and plce into a new spreadsheet. I was wondering what would be the easiet way.

The data is laid out like this in the current spreadsheet

    Trader - Lots - ticks - profit

For my new spreadsheet I want to take the data from Trader, and the data from ticks and import that into a new spreadsheet.
