    Capitalizing large amounts of text.

I'm trying to paste over a large amount of text from notepad and then somehow set it all to be all caps.I can paste it all over to Excel but I can't get it to go all caps. Please help. I'm using Excel 2007.

Forgive me but I'm a complete newb when it comes to Excel. I tried using the upper command but I have literally 3000 something rows to make all caps, I don't know how to use that function to make all of it caps. Maybe you could walk me through this?

    Good morning redrust422

The solution Richard has offered is a simple formula, and as you haven't stated, he has made a basic assumption that your cells containing lower case charcters start in cell A1. So in B1 (or the next empty column) enter the formula :
    =UPPER(A1)
Changing the A1 to whatever is the first cell in the range. Then copy it down to the bottom of your range.
