Currently when I pull names from a program to excell I am getting a list of names that have the first and last name all in one cell in the format of (lastname, firstname). I need to split this into two columns. Is there a function that will find the comma and pull everything to the right or left of it? Thanks in advance.

Data > Text to Columns, Delimited, check Comma.
Select the column and go to Data|Text to Columns and select Delimited form 1st window.. click Next and select "comma" from Delimiters options...
Click Finish.
This will split the column into 2 columns...

DUH, thanks guys. Someone at work asked me for a function for this and I don't use text to columns much so I didn't even think about it. Thank you for your help.
