Hyperlinks dont work in saved PDF

I have a document with simple hyperlinks (to web pages) that I want to save as a PDF. For some reason, the hyperlinks do not work when I open the PDF. Any ideas?

This seems to be an issue with either Excel or the utility you use to create .pdf documents. Either way it seems to be one of those things that people can either do or can't depending on their set-up / software versions etc. There is a discussion on the Adobe forum about this, here.
