Thread: Can i use trimmean in pivot tables

I have a pivot table which currently displays averages of data sets. What i would like to see is the highest and lowest value in each data set discarded to give me the trimmean. I can't for the life of me work out how to do this. Can ayone help?

In the pivottable field list|value field settings select column as min; enter a duplicate column and set as max. In new column adjacent to pivottable, enter formula for trimmean.
