I am trying to merge data from an excel file to a word document. When I do, the dollar amount (165.00) drops the trailing 0's. FOr instance, 165.00 becomes 165 or 145.60 becomes 145.6. Numbers such as 145.67 remain fine. Any ideas on how to correct this issue? We are using Office 2003 Professional. We have had it working but an update was done to the data file and now the problem has emerged. Thanks
