    Mutiple selection one cell

    Hello Everyone

Basically, I am trying to find a way to select more than one choice in a dropdown and have those two or more choices populate the cell. I have attached a simple example in a file.

I have racked my brains on this one.

    Any help is appreciated.........

    Hi
You don't give a criteria as to which names to join together,so I have joined the names using cell references on the order you had them in the example
have a look at the attachment

    Re: Mutiple selection one cell

Thank you for your response. However I didn't explain correctly what I'm trying to do...

What is supposed to happen is this.

The cell has a dropdown list of the four options (Jill,Sam, Debbie, Edgar)
I need the ability to choose 2 or more of these at once and have them populate the cell (example, choosing Sam and Debbie OR Jill and Edgar). It may involve VBA is my guess more likely, fear!!!!!

Hopefully this makes more sense. Again thanks.
