I have a fairly involved worksheet with lots of calculation
the user has to enter a bunch of Data
and right now the worksheet is doing a recalc everytime something new is entered..and recalc is not fast
I know I can turn it to manual...but not everybody knows how to recalc the data and I want to add a button that somebody can press to calculate after they have finished keying in the data needed

This sould prob be in the Excel Programming thread but if so im sure a mod will move it
if you make a button and add this code into it
this will calculate the workbook.

In the same spot you would put a button, you could put a text box that reads:
"Press F9 to Recalculate"
