    Formatting Data

Good morning everyone! I am trying to figure out the best way to re-do the spreadsheet attached to this post to something simpler...that's about the easiest way I can put it.

The spreadsheet attached contains information regarding multi-state licensure codes for nurses. Some of these nurses are licensed in more than 1 state and we have to track them. However, my issue is that this spreadsheet was already made prior to my arrival and now I have to maintain the data. If anyone can help or maybe give me some idea of how to align the data so that it is easier to look at and maintain, it would be totally appreciated.

    Thanks...

    NMorales76,

can you explain the difference between "N" and blank?
do you need to do something with this data except of looking up?

I guess that in essence, the N and the blanks are the same. As far as the data goes, this will just be a way to lookup who's got a license in what state. We're not doing anything but just tracking...just trying to keep the tracking to a managable state and well try to make it prettier.

    Thanks.

    NMORALES76,

Just a caution, unless the names on the data sheet that you posted are ficticious, you may have broken some privacyconfidentiality regulations or laws by posting this data to a public forum.

    Cheers,

    Esteban
