Thread: Printing issue excel 2007: shapes shift up 2 bars

im trying to print some spreadsheets where there are data entries higlighted with circle shapes and linked to each other with arrow shapes. There are shapes like these all over the sheet.

when i go to print, every shape on the document is shifted two rows up. any idea what might be causing this?

things ive considered: these are old documents, so there might be some compatability issues between 2007 and 2003

update: this problem also occurs in print preview mode and when i save it as a pdf document, as well as other excel extensions like xlsx

update: trasfering the file onto a mac and running it on excel 2008 osx fixed the issue...but i still need a fix on windows
