Updating graphs

I am working on a spreadsheet that has about 20 graphs. I am using the same spreadsheet as a template. How can I update my graphs source data (names and values fields) without hand typing each locations?

What I am doing now is going into each graph and changing the cell location for each range. It is taking me forever. Is there an easier way.

Also, the graphs are on a separate sheet than the data.

Thank you.
