A function which places a graphic in a range of cells

Hello,

Here is a amazing function that allows you to place a graphic in a range of cells. The function has apparently been designed by Rob van Gelder, and then modified by others.
Two questions about this function:

1 / Apparently, in the coordinates of the curve, it only accepts whole numbers.
To solve the problem of decimal numbers, assuming that there are 2 decimals places after the decimal point, I multiply each coordinate by 100 (10 ^ 2). The appearance of the curve will not change.
How do I change the function to accept directly decimal numbers?

2 / If you want to have a "dynamic axis", some values are curiously not accepted. To remedy this I deleted a condition (which I did not understand the value...) in the proceedings of the function. It works but what are the consequences?

Thank you
