I hope someone can help me solve this date format issue.
I want to convert a date with time to only dd-mmm-yy format however normal method do not work as the dates are from various users. Please see attached file for the sample the problem i am facing.
Welcome to the forum.
Select the column, do Data > Text to columns, Finish. That converts the dates stored as text to dates. Then format as you wish.

i tried that but it does not work. certain dates still remains the same.. u can use my attachment to see if u can get it correctly done? Maybe i am doing something wrong here...
