    Question Formula Help

Hi All! I am new the the forum and I hope to pull on the vast knowledge base to hopefully figure this out. I love Excel and am really hoping it is capable of doing this. I am running Excel 2008.

I am trying to setup a formula that will create a separate row and column that will the value in a corresponding cell goes above "0". For example:

a.) Cell 1 labeled "Production Design" has a value in Cell 2 of $0. Therefore, nothing will happen on the Summary Tab

    but...

b.) If Cell 1 labeled "Production Design" has a value in Cell 2 of $100, then a separate row in the Summary Tab labeled "Production Costs" is created with Cell 1 labeled "Production Design" and Cell 2 with a value of $100.

    and...

c.) If the value in Cell 2 is changed back to "0", the row and column in the Summary tab reverts back to the "a.) state.

I really hope this makes sense. If not please ask and I will try to clarify. More importantly, I hope Excel 2008 is capable of accomplishing this.

    Thanks in advance!
    Jason
