pls help.. its urgent for my work

I have a list of names(first name, last name and middle initials). I want to check whether any of my name in my list is present in a workbook which has three sheets.

How do I do that?
Giving Ctrl+F and finding in the workbook is taking heck of my time.

Am a newbie. pls help me. its urgent
