I have a excel spreadsheet database that I do data entry on, and I do all kinds of filters for all kinds of situation. I report everything from pass discharge dates, pass deadlines dates. So of them I would have to filter anywhere from one cell up to three or four more other cell. Insted of having to remeber which cells I have to filter every time I need to print a report. I do have a status or stat sheet, but as you know this only report # or %... Is there away that I can display on a diffrent worksheet the same view as if I was to filter the first sheet that I work off? Most of the time I need to see names and dates of these entry to display.
Thanks in advance for your support.

I think Advanced Filter using criteria and the option to copy to a new location will work for you.Is there away that I can display on a diffrent worksheet the same view as if I was to filter the first sheet that I work off? Most of the time I need to see names and dates of these entry to display.
See this link for help on using Advanced Filter
As I watch the video for advanced filtering to a separate worksheet from the taking data from the 1st worksheet, and it just click to me, how would this work for sheets with formulas? Also will this also work if I was to add new data entries? or would I have to go back and set the data area everytime?
I found someone that macro the spreadsheet for me, and he got it working like I want it too! Not sure if he uses Advance Filtering, but this is awsome! Now I can view my filters on a sperate worksheet LIVE! You got to see this!. I'm so amazed by it.
I want to give thanks to c_m_s_jr on mrexcel forum! Not sure if he's a member of this forum, but he kicks butt!
It would be good of you to post a link to where you found the solution so that future users trying to do the same thing can get the answer quickly and efficiently....
... also if you posted the same question on both forums, you should be providing links so people are not wasting their time trying to help when others may have answered successfully....
