Hi guys,
I have the following problem and would be very grateful for advise in this matter:
I have data about some 160 individuals. There some 6 numbers associated with each person that I would like to visualise graphically. I have created a diagram for person 1 that does this and it works just fine. Having all the names and the corresponding data in a long list, however, what I would like to do now, is to copy/paste that diagram (with all the specific changes I made to its design and everything) a few lines down so as to visualise the data of person 2. What happens is that the new diagram looks exactly like the first because while having been plugged into the spreadsheet a few lines down, the diagram still refers to the original data of person 1. What I'm looking for would be something that works like "past special" for formulae, where I can make a formula use either the exact same data as the original or, say, always the second and third cell to its left (whatever that may be).
If I could copy my diagrams and make them always use the data, say, in the column five cells to their left that would save me a lot of work, for I would only need to paste the diagram 160 times (and would not have to specify six new data sources each time).
I hope this is clear. If not, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
I would be very grateful for any help!
Yours
Hans
