Thread: Copy & Pasting & Conditional Formatting

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet set up with conditional formatting situated in some cells. Is there anyway I can maintain this conditional formatting when copy and pasting information from another spreadsheet, as at present the copy and pasting just removed the conditional formatting I have setup.

Have you used copy and paste special?

yes, i just wondered if there was a way to maintain them without having to use the special paste as some people im doing this sheet for are a little computer illiterate
