I am really stuck and would love some help please.
I am trying to show improvements in the same cell.
I have a swimming document. If a swimmer does a 1:44.01 on one day but then does a 1:43:30 the next I would like it to highlight the text or the cell green. I only want to use one sheet. I have attached the excel document.
Any help would be fabulous![]()

Might make more sense to post an example where
a) names vary
b) times vary
c) manually highlight per your desired output based on the sample data
This way people can create something for you and validate against your own expected results.
