    Unhappy Combine LOOKUP and CONCATENATE

    What would the proper syntax be to combine the LOOKUP and CONCATENATE functions?

    I want to use: =LOOKUP(Sheet1!A2,Sheet1!B:B,_______)
    For the ______ I want to use: =CONCATENATE(Sheet1!C2,Sheet1!D2,Sheet1!E2)

    However, I am not sure how to combine the two correctly
