Why not post a sample file that reflects your real setup and desired output based on dummy values ?
There is no reason you can not use formulae to extract your listing, however, I'm curious as to how you're getting #DIV/0! errors with previous suggestions... I for one can not replicate.

It's not an automatic update. You would have to repeat the process each day, but it should take just a few seconds to do. You can select the range and have it do that every day or it will take the values in a column if you select a column. I've heard there is a 10,000 row limit on the guess, but I *think* you can bypass this by manually changing the range.
