Is it possible to eliminate gridlines from only certain rows, columns and or cells? Specifically, I would like to eliminate the gridlines from the frozen columns and rows.
Thanks for your help.

Fill the cell colour (columns/rows) you want with the same colour as your background... (e.g white)

That's what I get for upgrading from Lotus products. EVERY time I upgrade or change software I lose things that are very useful and can never get back.
Thanks for the "work around" as it really isn't a good solution.
How was it done in Lotus? Out of curiosity.

In Lotus 123, the gridlines were eliminated from the rows or columns that were frozen. Lotus called them appropriately Titles.
Oh.. cool.. that would be neat, yes. It's been a long time since I touched Lotus and forget some of those differences... I guess Microsoft thought it not useful when you can just select the columns or rows and background paint...
The gridlines are meant as a guide anyways... you can background paint the whole sheet and then set borders around the area you want to see a grid around... I guess... if that is feasible...
