Exporting spreadsheet to Word in paragraph form w/ commas

Hi - need help doing the following:
Take Excel spreadsheet that lists student first name/last name. Export to Word with all student names in paragraph form with a comma separating each. For sample, see

    http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4025/...396dca5b_o.jpg

I can export to a text file, but I get:

    John, Calvin
    Martin, Luther
    etc.

Thanks! This will save us hours of time!!

    Hi Calvin,

    1) Switch you columns around, so First name is before Last name
    2) Copy list from Excel
    3) Paste special...(unformatted text) into Word
    4) Find and Replace (ctrl+h)
    5) in Find what: "^t" (without quotes)
    6) in Replace with: " " (just put in a space, no quotes)
    7) Find and Replace again (ctrl+h)
    8) find what: "^p" (without quotes)
    9) replace with: ", " (there is space after comma, no quotes)

    Try that
