Index, Match, and Transpose

Hello,
I am trying to design a spreadsheet and I have some difficulty getting it to work properly.

I want to be able to enter fund code in column A in "Report" worksheet, which will index and match to columns D and E in performance sheet, and will paste the transposed values from that column in the same order to the particular row in Report worksheet?

Can anyone please help!? I would really appreciate that. Thanks.

Re: Index and Match, and transpose HELP

Hello excel experts,
I have another difficulty with the spreadsheet that Im trying to build.

I need to incorporate dynamic comments into the spreadsheet. That is when I select company name on the top (B1) it pulls the comments column from sheet Clients_funds. However, the difficulty is that these comments columns need to have some sort of friendly text editor interface so that people could easily change them monthly. Editing them in a single cell is quite problematic. Any ideas?

Also, specific to company in B1, there will be a risk marker (green, yellow, red). It has to be dynamic as well. I have no idea how to incorporate that into spreadshet. I'd appreciate any help.

So, as for the second part with the risk marker, I have figured out I could do simple index/match with conditional format. However, I am clueless as for the first part with dynamic comments. I would really appreciate some ideas.
