Rounding to nearest whole dollar with $2.00 as a minimum

I am trying to round up to the nearest dollar, but also have $2.00 as the minimum.
So far, I have =ROUNDUP(E2,0) but I can't for the life of me figure out how to never have less than $2.00 as the result.
Any help would be appreciated!
