In A2 I am having document despatched date and time and In B2 i am having Document delivered date and time,
In C2 I wants the time format 05:00:00.
Like
Despatched Time Delivered Time Time Left Esc.
02/22/2010 09:00:16 AM 02/22/2010 10:00:16 AM 04:00:44 00:00:00
02/22/2010 09:00:16 AM Pending 05:00:00 00:00:01
How to escalete the time period. If time period is more than 5 hours.

Sorry, but it is unclear what you need. "Escalate" means "to make higher" but I can't tell what you mean here.
How is the time in C2 determined?
What time period? Do you mean the time elapsed from "Document Dispatched" time to "Document Delivered" time?
What is your question? Are you trying to determine a formula for C2? How to format it a certain way? Or something else?
