How do you code the following statement:
IF D2="X" then make the cell fill color of D1 yellow, leave the fill color blank (or white)

Select D1 and go to Format|Conditional Formatting
Select Formula Is from drop down and enter formula =D2="X"
Then click Format and choose from the Pattern tab.
