Thread: Help in counting records in using lookup

I have attached the spreadsheet that i need populate with.

In tab All with department only, I need to count the total records that has title, first and last on the sample lookup tab.

im using countif but it doesn't work.

Please someone can help me to fill out the sample lookup with title, with first, with last.

=COUNTIF('All with dept'!$A2:$A2308,'Sample lookup'!B13)

it works but when im applying it to with title, with fullname it doesnt work.

can u please help me even just with title on the sample lookup tab.
