    Making real text from formula

Hi, I would really appreciate some help on my problem.

To surround an entire column with quotation marks, I've used a helper column and inputted the formula =char(34)&A1&char(34)

I need to convert the output of this formula to real text, so that I can create a workable .csv file. Can someone help?

    Copy that column

Then go to Edit|Paste Special and select Values.
