Hi,
I'm searching for the impossible :-) And slowly losing my marbles.
I have spreadsheet with a a number of values for the selection of a consultancy:
Basically, 10 agencies will bid for a small job. They will be scored on 8 criteria (1-5 values). The total will be displayed at the end of each row.
I want to display a summary of the top 3 bids total score and weakest point below
Consultancy Score Weakest Point

2
3
Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Here is start.. Still working on Weakest point:
P.S. Need test in K column in case 2 or more Consultancies have same score
Edit: Weakest Point solved with aditional helper column (J) wich bring back FIRST weakest result (or you need all)?
