HI everybody, i have this mind boggling problem that i have and i am unable to solve it i will try to be as brief and detailed as possible so here we go..
i have A1 to A8 cells filled up with values the first four cells(A1 to A4) are the values that determine the values that will be in the next four cells(A5 to A8)
ok my problem is that i have to use conditional formatting to change the cells color if the below formula is true i got this working with an IF statement but have difficulty doing it in Conditinal Formatting..the formula is this
A6 > A7 AND A8<0 then cells A1:A4 must become blue if not remain unchanged
i have a real mindboggling ideas all tried but to no avail please help tks
Hi,
select A1 to A4 and enter the new formatting rule using a formula:
=AND($A6>$A7,$A8<0)
select a format and away you go.
I tried that and it doesnot work any help is appreciated i uploaded a video to youtube for u to watch dun worry u wont be rickrolled..please help what is the mistake that i am doing even after the Forum moderator gives help
