Hello Everyone,
Please I need your help. I am trying to put together a contractor evaluation that returns a score after a radio button is pressed.
I would like it so that once one radio button is picked the others delete. Each column is worth a different value and at the end it gives a total.
Could anyone help me with this. It would be greatly appreciated.

It may be best to use the Mouse Right click event instead of using option buttons.
Thank you I appreciate both of your help.
Would either of you know if I could associate a value to each line in addition to the box?
For example if the first question the person choses U which has a value of =1 could it be multiplied by a weighting?
This survey has individual weightings for each question based on the level of importance.
We would like to have a final score out of 100 based on the weighting. So far the buttons with the check marks is such a huge leap forward for me, if I could get the weightings associated with each question that would be so unbelievably helpful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS!! Sophia
soph0101,
Please do not double-post; it is not necessary. You asked the same question in your original thread on this topic..
