    Here is the attachment again. I refined your data and put a button to run code to find your answer. I'm thinking about making a User Defined Function (UDF) from your original data to give an answer. If you are happy with the above answers I won't worry about it. If not, let me know.

    Hi,
    I decided to write a User Defined Function for looking up Classifications given your data. Find it attached. I think it is more versatile and easier to understand than the index.. match solution.

    Hi Sailepaty.

    I have the problem I had before with the table you sent. As soon as I change a value in the fields I am using to lookup data I get errors. I attach what happens when I change the bow type to Recurve.

    I need to look at it and apply it to my 'front end' (if I can).

    Looking the way you set the data in sheet Classifications 2010, here is a new option. Check the range named SOURCE.
